Cleaning Methods

  1. Water Fed System Cleaning. Water fed cleaning uses only purified water and specialized telescopic poles to clean windows effectively. The water passes through the Xero Pure system, a three-step purification process that removes all minerals and impurities, leaving the water completely pure. Because the water is free of contaminants, any water left on the window will dry naturally without leaving streaks or spots. This method eliminates the need for harsh chemicals, delivering a sparkling, spot-free finish with just water. Water fed cleaning also cleans the glass, frames, and sills for spotless results and maximum longevity.

2. Traditional window cleaning uses a scrubber, squeegee, and a solution of Dawn dish soap mixed with water to effectively clean glass surfaces. The scrubber loosens dirt and grime, while the squeegee removes the solution, leaving a streak-free surface. Any remaining water or smudges are wiped away with microfiber towels for a polished finish. This hands-on method ensures every window is thoroughly cleaned and left sparkling.
